Which social channels does PublishForge support?
Integrations exist for Facebook Pages (text or a single image), Instagram professional accounts (a single image), LinkedIn (text or a single image), and TikTok (a single photo). Availability depends on provider approval, account eligibility, permissions, and formats. General customer access has not yet been verified. Video publishing is not supported. Confirm availability for your account before relying on a channel. X and YouTube are planned.
Can I manage multiple clients from one account?
The Agency plan includes unlimited workspaces with separate calendars, campaign settings, activity, and configurable approval workflows. Access follows workspace membership and roles; team seats and other plan limits still apply.
How does AI use my tone guidance?
Campaign tone and context guide draft generation. Review and edit the output before approval. Learning brand voice from approved posts and results is planned, not a current training feature.
Is there a limit to how much content I can generate?
Every plan includes monthly AI credits. Field assists, chat turns, research, drafts, and generated images draw from that account allowance, and you can see current usage from account settings.
How do approvals work for external clients?
Clients can reply directly to pre-draft request emails with comments and direction without logging in. Final sign-off follows the approval workflow you configure, and PublishForge logs accepted email replies against the post.
What happens after a paid-plan trial ends?
Paid plans start through Stripe Checkout with a 14-day trial when eligible. After the trial, the selected plan begins billing automatically unless you cancel first. You can choose the limited Free plan instead if you want to start without a card.
